Welcome to MarqueeAddons.com, owned and operated by Debuggers Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, premium plugin, downloadable software, support services, and any content provided through or in connection with MarqueeAddons.
By accessing our website or using our plugin, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any of these, you should not access or use MarqueeAddons or its services.
1. Software License
MarqueeAddons (free version) is released under the GPLv3 license. When you purchase MarqueeAddons Pro, you gain access to premium functionality and associated services. The GPL license governs software rights, while these Terms govern service access and usage through our platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
- Provide accurate and complete account details.
- Not be located in countries under international sanctions.
- Not previously been banned from using Debuggers Studio services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. One license equals one user unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MarqueeAddons for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include:
- Reselling or sublicensing the plugin or license.
- Spamming, hacking, or using bots to abuse services.
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of our code.
- Hosting MarqueeAddons as a SaaS or part of a website-building platform without permission.
4. Subscription Plans & Licensing
Your license depends on the subscription plan purchased:
- Personal, Professional, or Unlimited Site licenses.
- Valid for one year (unless a lifetime plan is selected).
- Grants usage on specified number of sites.
- Support and updates included during active subscription.
You may use MarqueeAddons to build websites for clients, but may not share your license key or offer it as a service.
5. Content Ownership
All assets, templates, demo content, graphics, documentation, and code created by Debuggers Studio remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.
6. Updates & Support
Active subscribers are entitled to:
- Regular software updates
- Bug fixes and feature enhancements
- Technical support via support@debuggersstudio.net
We only provide support to license holders. We do not support third-party plugins, themes, or customizations unrelated to our core software.
7. Refunds & Renewals
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on new purchases. Refunds are not issued for renewals or automatic payments. By purchasing with PayPal or Stripe, you agree to auto-renew unless canceled before your billing date.

8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating our Terms
- Abusive behavior toward our team
- Illegal or unethical use of our software
In such cases, refunds will not be granted.
9. Limitation of Liability
MarqueeAddons is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties regarding performance, uptime, or compatibility with third-party services. Debuggers Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin or services.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MarqueeAddons after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
